EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
All returns must be notified within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
Parcel must be mailed back to us within 72 hours upon confirmation of case for exchange/refund.
Acceptance of Item exchange/refund
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in The Stage Walk clear zip lock bag.
Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
- Customers will be fully responsible for the postage charges involved in the exchange. Parcels have to be mailed back via Singpost Registered postage only.
I have removed the tag from my item. Can I still return/exchange it?
Items without tags will not be accepted for returns/exchanges.
I do not have time to go down to the post office. Can I send the item back via Normal Mail?
We will not be held liable if the normal postage parcel does not reach us. You are strongly encouraged to use a traceable mailing method such as Registered Mail.
If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, Claudia & Chernice reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

Do note that Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any exchanges/returns.
The following attributes are not considered defect and are not eligible for exchanges.
a) Measurements stated online may vary from 0.5" to 0.75" as items are mass produced. In the event should the measurements fall above the range, the items will be consider as a defect.
b) There may be discrepancies cases due to colour calibration of individual's computer or it might appear slightly darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. It will not be considered as a defect.
c) Prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.
d) We are not liable & responsible for damaged / lost parcels
e) No entertainment will be given if wrong delivery address is provided
